About FLIR's Certified Factory Reconditioned Products

Many of FLIR’s Certified Factory Reconditioned products come from our pool of demonstration cameras. These cameras have been used for trade shows or customer demos and are typically in service for less than a year.

We also get customer returns, and – since they can’t be sold as new – we test, clean, and recondition them to our exacting standards. In many cases, the cameras get all-new packaging, batteries, and accessories. Certified Factory Reconditioned products may have blemishes or show signs of wear, but they come with the same warranty as our new cameras.
